Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original brand tags remain attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
